Kek Chiffon Pandan
7 biji telur
1 cawan tepung gandam
sedikit pandan paste
1 sudu ovallete
3/4 cawan gula
1 sudu cream of tartar
1 cawan minyak

Pukul putih telur sehingga kembang.Masuk gula sedikit demi sedikit sehingga menjadi meringue.Masuk cream of tartar hingga meringue kental.masuk ovallete dan pes pandan
Pukul kuning telur sehingga memutih kembang.Satukan dengan meringue.masuk minyak masak.kaup balik tepung gandum sehingga sebati.Bakar dalam ketuhar 170 darjah selama 40-60 minit

Pandan Chiffon Cake
7 whole eggs
1 cup wheat flour
1 tbsp pandan paste
1 tbsp ovallette
3/4 cups sugar
1 tbsp cream of tartar
1 cup cooking oil

Whisk egg white until fluffy.Add in sugar gradually until mixture thickens.Add in cream of tartar.Beat till meringue firms.Add in ovallette and pandan paste.Beat egg yolks till fluffy,then combine well with meringue.Add in cooking oil.Add in wheat flour and combine mixture well.Heat in a pre heated oven 170 degrees celcius for 40-60 minutes
