Prime Minister Narendra Modi is visiting Jammu and Kashmir today. He will participate in the Panchayati Raj Day program to be held in Samba district of Jammu. Chitra Tripathi spoke to Giriraj Singh, he said that after independence political parties took his name but did not adopt the policies.
