To bring awareness to the harmful production of denim and how the dyes used to create them pollute waterways, FABRIC Tempe and Four Peaks Brewing Co. have partnered to host a fashion show using repurposed denim. Runners at Four Peak’s “Kilt Chaser 1-Mile Fun Run” were asked to ditch their denim for a good cause. FABRIC Tempe is now taking that donated denim, repurposing it, and showcasing it during the reFABRICate Fashion Show on April 22 (Earth Day) at Tempe Marketplace at 6 p.m. Visit refabricate2022.eventbrite.com for details.
