नवजोत सिंह सिद्धू ने कहा कि लोग ये न सोचें की कांग्रेस पार्टी खत्म हो गई है. कांग्रेस पंजाब में विपक्ष की भूमिका मजबूती से निभाती रहेगी. सरकार को जनता के प्रति जवाबदेह बनाये रखेगी. सिद्दू ने कहा कि कांग्रेस पार्टी हार गई है, लेकिन मरी नहीं है. कांग्रेस पंजाब में रचनात्मक विपक्ष की भूमिका निभायेगी. हम प्रदेश को लोगों की समस्यायें उठाते रहेंगे. राज्य सरकार को जवाबदेह होना चाहिए.
