Commuters want 'Great British Rail Sale' to become norm

Commuters outside Birmingham New Street Railway Station describe the 'Great British Rail Sale' announced by Transport Secretary Grant Shapps as a "wonderful" and "beautiful" idea which "should have come in earlier". However, many also want the cuts to become permanent because ticket prices are "inordinately expensive".
