Delhi-Dehradun हाईवे मामले पर SC ने NGT को दिया तगड़ा झटका, जानें पूरा मामला | वनइंडिया हिंदी

The Supreme Court heard the petition challenging the extension of Delhi-Dehradun Expressway. The petition was filed on behalf of Citizens for Green Doon. Hearing this, the Supreme Court made changes in the 12-member expert committee constituted by the NGT. The Supreme Court changed the chairman of the 12-member committee and made Goel the chairman of the committee. Along with this, the Supreme Court has included two other members in this committee.

दिल्ली-देहरादून एक्सप्रेसवे के विस्तार को चुनौती देने वाली याचिका पर सुप्रीम कोर्ट में सुनवाई हुई. सिटीजन फॉर ग्रीन दून की ओर से याचिका दाखिल की गई थी. जिसपर सुनवाई करते हुए NGT की ओर से गठित 12 सदस्यीय विशेषज्ञ समिति में सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने बदलाव किया. सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने 12 सदस्यीय कमेटी के अध्यक्ष को बदल कर गोयल कमेटी का अध्यक्ष बनाया. साथ ही सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने दो दूसरे सदस्यों को इस कमेटी में शामिल किया है.
