Is BJP using the Bulldozer against a specific community?

From UP to MP, the government bulldozer is now driving in Gujarat too. Bulldozers' politics is at a high pace these days to take action against criminals. Police may put a bulldozer in the rapist's house while demolishing the murderer's house as well. However, BJP's bulldozer policy was condemned by the opposition. They criticized BJP to use bulldozers against people of a certain community.
