Russian warship sinks in the Black Sea

The exodus from Ukraine shows no signs of stopping. According to the United Nations - nearly four-point-eight million people have left the country. Millions more have been displaced within Ukraine's borders. Among them - an unknown number of children. The BBC's Tim Allman reports on one attempt to make their lives seem a little more normal - for ninety minutes at least.
