23 wounded, but no life-threatening injuries in Brooklyn subway shooting

At least 23 people were injured in a subway shooting in Sunset Park, Brooklyn, New York on Tuesday. The gunman released two smoke grenades and fired a barrage of 33 bullets in a rush-hour. 10 people were hit directly by gunfire, five of whom were hospitalised. No life-threatening injuries were reported. The police have identified Frank R James, a 62-year-old man, as a person of interest in the case.
