Russia on Monday said it will not halt its military operation in Ukraine for peace talks. The statement comes amid warnings from the West that Putin's army is regrouping to 'focus' on Ukraine's eastern cities. Amid destruction and chaos, the mayor of the Ukrainian port city of Mariupol said that more than 10,000 civilians have died in the Russian siege of his city. Mariupol's drama theatre was also got destroyed in the attack. Watch this video.
