Water contamination in northern NSW poses serious risk

One of many problems caused by two major floods in the Northern Rivers Region has been plummeting water quality. A number of beaches are affected prompting warnings for locals and visitors alike to stay out of the water. It's hardly the sales pitch needed as the region tries to re-build its shattered tourism sector.
