The incident at Gorakhnath temple was part of a "serious conspiracy", the Uttar Pradesh government's Home department said in a statement on Monday. Soon after the incident, Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath visited hospital to meet the injured security personnel and reviewed about their health conditions.
