She is asked by her husband to retrieve the car keys and that is when she spots an adorable pup waiting for her in the front seat.
The footage then takes an emotional turn with the subject crying while holding her new puppy in her arms.
"My husband, who's in the military, came home and surprised me with a new puppy," Mona said. "We lost our boxers, Rocky (three years ago) and Diamond (last year). It took a toll on me losing them and I didn't think I was ready for a new puppy, but when he came home with Bruno (the puppy in the video), I fell in love with him right away!"
