Ghaziabad: Mayor Asha Sharma, who ordered the closure of meat shops and non-veg hotels for 9 days of Navratri in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, had to take a U-turn in 24 hours. The mayor said in the amended order that the guidelines of the government should be followed. Only the meat shops near the temple will be closed.

गाजियाबाद: उत्तर प्रदेश के गाजियाबाद में नवरात्रि के 9 दिन तक मीट शॉप और नॉनवेज होटलों को बंद करने का आदेश देने वाली महापौर आशा शर्मा को 24 घंटे में यूटर्न लेना पड़ा. महापौर ने संशोधित आदेश में कहा कि शासन के जो दिशा-निर्देश हैं, उनका अनुपालन कराया जाए. सिर्फ मंदिर के नजदीक वाली मीट शॉप बंद कराई जाएंगी.
