Karnataka-based man developed a unique fan cap to get relief from the heat.
“The heat is increasing since March, in view of the heat, a fan has been installed on this cap by putting solar, wearing it only now comes out,” he said.
The minimum and maximum temperatures of the city were recorded at 26° C and 42° C, respectively on March 30.
