Ukrainian mayor drives MP through destroyed city of Chernihiv

A video showing destruction in Chernihiv has been shared by Oleksiy Honcharenko, a Ukrainian member of parliament. The video, shot on 23 March, shows Honcharenko and Chernihiv's mayor, Vladyslav Atroshenko, driving through the northern Ukrainian city, which has been destroyed by Russian bombings.
