A pensioner has been told to keep away from a Teesside family after attacking a dad in front of his young child.
Richard Lanigan has been slapped with a restraining order forcing him to keep away from the home of Shaun and Lisa Miller in the quiet East Cleveland village of Easington. The 74-year-old fellow Easington resident is also facing a payout of more than £2,300 after being found guilty of assault and criminal damage.
