In a recent statement, the Russian defence minister has said that Ukraine’s military capacity is seriously degraded and Ukraine is no longer left with an airforce. As reported by the news agency Reuters, the defence minister also said that around 600 foreign mercenaries have been killed in Ukraine over the last two weeks. The Russia-Ukraine war began on 24th February.
