In spite of some PR gaffes, including a picture of Prince William and Kate shaking hands with the Jamaican people through a wire fence, one thing on the tour that could not be faulted was the Duchess of Cambridge’s impeccable style. On the eight-day tour of Belize, Jamaica and the Bahamas, Kate wore a series of old and new pieces showcasing the best of British designers. 9Honey’s royal reporter Natalie Oliveri noted Kate’s “diplomatic dressing”, as she carefully dressed to match the national colours of each country the Duke and Duchess were visiting.
