ABOUT THIS VIDEO- Today I am going to share with you a recipe for Lahsuni methi, lasooni methi ki sabzi, Dried fenugreek leaves, known as Kasuri methi, are used as a flavouring agent in numerous North Indian dishes, especially in Kashmiri cuisine. Low Calorie. One cup of methi leaves gives only 13 calories making it a good choice for those controlling their calorie intake. you can make many dishes from fenugreek leaves at home like aloo methi, aloo methi ki sabzi, methi malai, garlic methi, lasuni methi paneer, lasuni methi Maharashtrian style, methi fry recipe, methi recipes for diabetics, followed by my recipe step by step.
