As Russia tries to gain a stronghold in Ukraine, US President Joe Biden while speaking in Warsaw, Poland on March 26 said that this war has been a strategic failure for Russia.
“This war has already been a strategic failure for Russia. You, the Russian people are not our enemy. For God's sake, this man cannot remain in power,” Biden said.
