Every year, the International Day of the Unborn Child is observed on March 25. It was established by Pope John Paul II to coincide with the Feast of the Annunciation. According to history, the first country to celebrate this holiday was El Salvador. It took place in 1993, when nation observed Day of the Right to Be Born.

अक्सर हर दिन कोई ना कोई खास दिन मनाया जाता है आज 25 मार्च (25 March) है, 25 मार्च को हर साल इंटरनेशनल डे ऑफ अनबॉर्न चाइल्ड ( International Day of the Unborn Child) यानी कि अंतरराष्ट्रीय अजन्मे बच्चे का दिवस मनाया जाता है। ये दिन पहली बार 1993 में अल सल्वाडोर में पैदा होने के अधिकार को मनाने के लिए मनाया गया था. ये पोप जॉन पॉल द्वितीय के शासनकाल के दौरान शुरु हुआ था. ये दिन का खास मकसद है, और इस बारे में जागरुक करना है कि गर्भ में विकसित हो रहे बच्चे की अहमियत क्या है। उसकी देखभाल पर किस तरह से विशेष ध्यान दिया जाए।
