On March 24, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy accused Russia of deploying phosphorus weapons. Zelenskyy urged NATO to provide Kyiv with unrestricted military aid, reported AFP. On March 23, Zelenskyy urged citizens around the world to take to the streets to protest Russia's invasion of his country. Russian President Vladimir Putin launched a military operation in Ukraine on February 24.
