Earlier this week, the Selangor state government held a town hall to get public feedback on the plan to degazette the Kuala Langat Forest Reserve. The proposal de-gazette 2,400 acres of forest reserve to make way for mixed development, while destroying over 90 percent of this invaluable forest.
