Sarawak Chief Minister has renewed his call for the Territories of Sarawak and Sabah to be given one-third of the seats in Parliament. Currently together they hold 56 seats. That’s 19 seats short of a one-third in Dewan Rakyat. And this means that Peninsula can make changes to the Constitution without the buy-in from Sarawak and Sabah.
