In a decision that came on Friday, Supreme Court ruled that a daughter who is not willing to maintain any ties with her father, is not entitled to any financial support from him , either for education or marriage. Since the observation was made while passing an order to dissolve the marriage, thus the observations might not have a binding force as a law laid down.
