Recently, many rules have been changed in cricket, one of which is Mankading, which has often seen controversy. Mankading has always been considered an act of hurting the spirit of sports. Even in IPL 2019, when Ashwin had dismissed Jos Buttler through Mankading, there was a lot of ruckus in the cricket world, apart from this, the cricket world was also talked about in two groups regarding Mankading. But changing the rules of cricket by the MCC, Mankading has been given a place in the normal run-out. Now after several days on the issue of Mankading, India's legendary bowler Ravichandran Ashwin has given an open statement.

हाल ही में क्रिकेट में कई नियमों में बदलाव किया गया है जिसमे से एक है मांकडिंग जिसकों लेकर अक्सर विवाद देख गया है। मांकडिंग को हमेशा से खेल भावना को आहत करने का कार्य माना जाता है। आईपीएल 2019 में भी जब आश्विन ने जोस बटलर को मांकडिंग के जरिये आउट किया था तब भी क्रिकेट जगत में काफी बवाल देखा गया था इसके अलावा मांकडिंग को लेकर क्रिकेट जगत दो गुटों में भी बात गया था। लेकिन एमसीसी द्वारा क्रिकेट के नियमों में बदलाव करते हुए मांकडिंग को सामान्य रन-आउट में जगह दी है। अब मांकडिंग के मुद्दे पर कई दिनों के बाद भारत के दिग्गज गेंदबाज रविचंद्रन अश्विन ने खुल कर बयान दिया है।
