On March 16, Volodymyr Zelenskyy, Ukrainian President, issued an emotive appeal to US lawmakers. Zelenskyy urged for greater Western intervention against Russia. Zelenskyy demanded the US and its NATO allies impose a no-fly zone over Ukraine. Zelenskyy’s speech received standing ovations from the members of Congress.
