Thank You, Heroes: Papan Souls

For years, strays that were caught have been placed at the Papan landfill. With no food or shelter, the dogs are left to fend for themselves.

Thankfully, Papan Souls (@papansouls) volunteers have been providing fresh food and clean water almost daily for the forgotten souls at this Papan dumpsite
