If the Philippines is the 4th most cyber-attacked country in the world, what does this say about the integrity of our automated election system?

A Kaspersky Security Network report says web threat attempts on government, including financial institutions and private sector organizations — media among them — have surged by more than 400 percent and that's just since 2017 when the country ranked only 30th in the most attacked list.

Last year alone, there were 50 million web threat attempts.

Elections are 2 months away. Should we be worried? And what can we do?
