It's a public holiday in Victoria and Melbourne is celebrating the final day of the Moomba Festival with the event's annual parade. More than 1500 performers and a fleet of larger-than-life floats have wound their way through King's Domain Parklands and Gardens. All presided over by the reigning Moomba Monarchs, newsreader Peter Hitchener and radio host Fifi Box.
