Dave Smith and his partner Rachel, he currently works at ITV but they're launching a new business together, Exit Plan Property Group, for affordable holiday homes and homes for people with disabilities with a side line of helping them become entrepreneurs. She was recently diagnosed with MS and they're both coming to terms with what it may mean for them and how they can help others.
