MMDA Chairman Atty. Romando Artes and Task Force Special Operations Unit Head Col. Bong Nebrija inspected the impounding area of the MMDA along Roxas Blvd. in Manila on Monday, March 14, 2022, where around 19 colorum buses were impounded after illegally plying along EDSA.
