Victims of historical abuse hear state apology in N. Ireland

Representatives of the main five parties of the Northern Ireland Assembly deliver a long-awaited state apology to victims of historical institutional abuse at Stormont. Survivors watch on as the Commissioner for Survivors of Institutional Abuse calls for MLAs to observe a moment of silence for survivors who had since died before the DUP's Michelle McIlveen tells them "the state let you down" and Sinn Fein's Conor Murphy adds that "we should have protected you and we did not".
