Will PH ever get billions in Marcos deficient estate tax if he wins?

There is a Supreme Court ruling way back 1997 that orders the Marcos family to pay P23 billion in deficient estate taxes. According to petitioners challenging the candidacy of Ferdinand "Bongbong" Marcos Jr, P23 billion plus surcharge, interest and penalties from all those years unpaid has reached P200 billion. Will Marcos order BIR, PCGG and OSG to withdraw the charge if he wins? His spokesperson Vic Rodriguez doesn't answer, says they have a campaign to run. #PHVote #WeDecide
