Melbourne mother speaks out after 14yo daughter died while waiting for an ambulance

A Melbourne mother has spoken out about the horrific way her teenage daughter died while waiting for an ambulance last year. The 14-year old died from an asthma attack after waiting more than 15 minutes for her triple-zero call to be connected.
