Indian Nationals stranded in war-torn Ukraine refused to leave their pets behind. A student brought back his two feline friends on March 06 along with him.

Speaking to ANI, he said, “The Indian embassy helped me in bringing back my pets with me. My cats are my life. I could not have left them behind in Ukraine. I request everyone to bring back their pets with them.” The government of India has relaxed import requirements of pet animals from Ukraine.
