Pooncarie parents celebrate pre-school re-opening after nine years

Well anyone who has raised a pre-schooler knows that getting the kids out the door in the morning can sorely test even the most patient of parents. But imagine if you then had a 200 kilometre round trip to get them to pre-school. That was the exhausting reality for parents in the country town of Pooncarie, North of Mildura until they banded together to do something about it.
