SSU COMMANDOS CONDUCTED A RAID ON GAMBLING DEN; 105 ACCUSED ARRESTED

On a tip-off, SSU Commandos conducted successful raid at a gambling den located at Memon Goth, resulting in the arrest of 105 accused and recovery of 22 motorcycles and other gambling items.

DIG Security & Emergency Services Division Dr. Maqsood Ahmed said that in view of the current situation of surging street crimes in the city, the Commandos are assisting the local police and other law & enforcement agencies in maintaining sense of security and peace in different areas.

The DIG Security stressed upon the need that all law & enforcement agencies should work collaboratively to deal with the menace of street & other crimes.

It is pertinent to mention here SSU Commandos are well-trained and highly qualified in order to take part in operations against terrorist, street criminals and other crimes.
