Rescuing Mother Cat Stuck on Second Story

: A mother cat got trapped on a ledge of a second floor. She kept calling for help. Her kittens also were hungry waiting forever for mom. Our TAC team prepared a ramp and placed it over and waited for more than an hour for the cat to come out safely. Cat is reunited with the family and had good food.
