Dozens of evacuation warnings and orders issued across NSW

Residents along the Hawkesbury river in Sydney's north west are waiting for the river to rise even further. Deputy Commissioner of the NSW SES, Daniel Austin, says communities need to be prepared for the worsening conditions.
