'Absolutely nothing could have prepared Ariana Simons for what was in store for her on December 20, 2021.
This humorous footage shows Ariana, while on a beach vacation, performing a backflip off her brother's shoulders.
The subject launches herself in the air with hopes of landing on her feet. Unfortunately for her, though, she splashes face-first into the water.
"This happened on Nelsons Beach," Ariana shared. "My brother, Sam, and I had been practicing some fun tricks over the past couple of days and thought it would be fun to give a new trick a go."
