While speaking about the situation in Ukraine, an Indian student who returned back via Romania, said on February 27 that the situation was better near the Romania border in comparison to other areas of Ukraine. “Students are in panic, but the situation was much better where we were staying (near the Romania border) in comparison to other areas of Ukraine,” the student said. “It was a bit difficult to get back to India,” another student added.
