Thousands of people across south east Queensland are preparing for another dangerous day of flooding as an extreme weather system dumps an enormous amount of rain across the region. Early this morning, a 34-year-old man died in floodwaters in Indooroopilly when he failed to surface after freeing himself from his submerged car.
