Rocket strikes high rise building in Kyiv

This is the moment a rocket struck a high rise building in Kyiv during overnight fighting between Russian and Ukrainian forces.  The rocket hit the building between the 18th and 21st floor.  Ukrainian authorities say no one was killed but some injuries were reported.
