Fettuccine Alfredo o fettuccine es un plato de pasta italiana de fettuccine con mantequilla y queso parmesano. A medida que el queso se derrite, emulsiona los líquidos para formar una salsa suave, rica y cremosa al mezclar la pasta. esta presentación a mi estilo con pollo milanesa.
