Few journalists were attacked by the people during the polling for Panchayat Elections in the Binjharpur Block of Jajpur, Odisha on February 20. More than 20 people have been detained in this regard. While speaking to ANI, Jajpur District Magistrate Chakravarti Singh Rathore on February 20 said, “Few journalists were attacked during the third phase of polling during the Panchayat Elections in the state. More than 20 people have been detained. Further arrests are underway.”
