As many as 2.02 crore voters will decide the electoral fate of 586 candidates in the fray in the second phase of the Uttar Pradesh Assembly elections which began on Monday. Meanwhile, the stage is set for the tough battle between the ruling BJP and the opposition Congress in Uttarakhand as the 70 Assembly seats spread over 13 districts are going to the polls on Monday.
