Gettin' Back Into Kneeling Jump Splits

Knees been feelin' wonky soooo gotta test 'em out with some Dynamic work right?? These went much better than l expected. These FULLY open the the thighs up from top to bottom including the groin. If you get a chance, try them out. Just pop up and kick a leg back, the other leg will take care of itself....God Bless!!
