Russia launches major new naval manoeuvres in the Black Sea while denouncing US "hysteria" over fears of an imminent Russian invasion of Ukraine. "More than 30 ships of the Black Sea fleet set sail from Sevastopol and Novorossiysk according to the exercise plan," the defence ministry said on a statement.
